axs feature is the assisted read/edit path for config/features.ts (DEFAULT_FEATURES). With no args it prints the toggle table; name=on|off sets toggles; on a TTY with no args it opens an interactive multiselect. It writes through the same safe block-rewrite axs new uses and never touches anything else in the file. See Feature Toggles.
