for the project manifest, including the starter × layout matrix and the
paths / conventions values each pairing resolves to. Authored.
API — generated by TypeDoc from the five public src/index.ts barrels
(core, lambda-utils, constructs, stacks, cli) on every build, and
gitignored rather than committed. See design §3.2 and ADR
