Get Started

This section takes you from an empty machine to a deployed Axis backend.

1. Install — Node.js 22, pnpm 11, and one-time authentication against the Axis package registry.
2. Create a Project — axs new with a starter (rest-v1 · rest-v2 · graphql · worker · bare) and a layout (module · feature).
3. AWS Credentials & Bootstrap — point CDK at your AWS account and run the one-time cdk bootstrap.
4. Tutorial — build and deploy end-to-end, call the API, add a route, and clean up.
